2. What Information We Collect

We collect only what we need to provide and support the software:

• Purchase information — your name, email address, and billing country, collected at checkout via our payment processor (Paddle). We do not store your credit card details.
• License data — a license key and a machine fingerprint, used to activate and validate your copy of the software via Keygen.sh.
• Support correspondence — any information you send us by email when requesting help.
• Website analytics — anonymised data about how visitors interact with this website, collected via Google Analytics (page views, referral source, browser type, approximate location). No personally identifiable information is shared with Google Analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To process your payment and issue a license key
• To send you a purchase confirmation and license details by email
• To validate your license when you activate the software
• To respond to support requests
• To understand how visitors use our website so we can improve it

We do not use your information for marketing or advertising without your explicit consent, and we do not sell your data to anyone.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services, each with their own privacy policies:

• Paddle — payment processing. Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record for purchases. See paddle.com/legal/privacy.
• Keygen.sh — software license management and activation. See keygen.sh/privacy.
• Google Analytics — website analytics. Data is anonymised and subject to Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
• GitHub Pages — website hosting. See GitHub's Privacy Statement.

5. Cookies

This website uses cookies only for Google Analytics (analytics cookies). These cookies do not identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time without affecting your ability to use this website.

6. Data Retention

We retain your purchase and license records for as long as your license is active and for a reasonable period thereafter for accounting and support purposes. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your personal information
• Withdraw consent for any data processing based on consent

8. Data Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. Payment processing is handled entirely by Paddle and is covered by their PCI-DSS compliance. We do not store payment card data on our systems.

NVX Preview Dashboard is intended for professional use and is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the software or website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
